| The All Inclusive package at the resort includes all meals, entertainment and other activities. Guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at the buffet-style restaurants or one of the many specialty restaurants, which serve a variety of cuisines including Italian, Chinese and Cajun. There is also a steakhouse, among other gourmet options. With the "dine-around" option, guests also have access to most of the restaurants and bars at the neighboring hotels. All domestic and imported drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are included. |

| In the resort CDC PADI GOLD PALM RESORT Here, various diving courses from beginner to instructor levels are offered to guests. EL SPA (only for adults) is in the Iberostar Playa Paraiso Commercial Center. It is a magnificent place to find and experience new sensations. The facilities consist of the humid areas in the ground floor with Sauna, Turkish Bath, Roman Bath, Jacuzzi, Bubble Beds, the Pediluvio and a great swimming pool with jets.
In the first floor are located the cabins the treatments. All a range of massages, exfoliations and treatments with water are offered. In addition there is a hairdressing salon with modern equipment for the care of feet and hands, the Health Bar and the store.
The access to the humid area costs USD 35 by person. In combination with a massage or beauty treatment the access is free.

EL SPA (solo para adultos) se encuentra en el Iberostar Playa Paraiso Centro Comercial. Es un magnífico lugar para encontrar experimentar nuevas sensaciones. Las instalaciones consisten en las áreas húmedas en la planta baja con Sauna, Baño turco, Baño Romano, Jacuzzi, Camas de Burbuja, el Pediluvio y una piscina grande con chorros. En la planta primera se ubican las cabinas para tratamientos que ofrecen toda una gama de masajes, exfoliaciones y tratamientos con agua.
Además hay una peluquería con aparatos modernos para el cuidado de las uñas de pie y de los manos, el Health Bar y la tienda.
El acceso para las áreas húmedas cuesta USD 35 por persona. En combinación con un masaje o tratamiento de belleza el acceso está libre.

Al aeropuerto Internacional de Cancún llegan vuelos regulares y charter desde muchos aeropuertos europeos y del continente americano.
Se llega a Playa Paraiso tomando la autopista del aeropuerto Internacional de Cancún en dirección a Chetumal. Es un trayecto de unos 30 minutos.
Hay taxis y transportes colectivos en el aeropuerto.
